672 VGQ Vendor Bred 4 & 5 Year Old “Terrick & Gowan Blood” Merino Wethers. Ideal Wethers to shear & freshen up to heavier weights for the Mutton Trade or process them now. They are in forward store condition with 65mm of Wool. They weighed 47 – 78 kg to average 62.3 kg after 21 hours off feed & water. The Abbotsford Weaner Wethers are classed every year @ 25% by Peter Clark with these being the classed in portion. Wethers cut 4.7 kg of Wool last year @ 18.9 micron, with a 74.3% yield. There are 18% with Un-tipped Wether Horn & they were all crutched 6 days prior to assessment. Wethers are handled with Bikes & Dogs. *There are some extra wethers in the holding paddock in case they load tighter than 21 per pen.*
