3 deck line of VGQ PTIC first calf heifers that have been joined to VGQ renown Milwillah Angus bulls. There are 10 decks or 278 of these heifers that were vet preg-tested in calf under 4 months by vet, Anita McNamara on 7th & 8th April. If the 10 decks are not purchased by the same buyer, then the 278 heifers will be drafted into 3 lines and each lot will get a share of each lot, pro-rata to the number of decks they purchased. These heifers were purchased from Northern NSW in 2019 as weaners – age branded #8 & #9. Approx 5% have a blue or cloudy eye but not detrimental to their health. Classed as a good line of Angus heifers with a small % have white underbelly. Approx. 30% are cleaned coated. Mostly good medium to large frame heifers with good bone & sound feet. One heifer was observed with longer back toes. Heifers were weighed when preg-tested and weights recorded. Vendor has another 3 deck & a 4 deck lot of the same assessed heifers in this sale as well as another 6 PTIC lots.
