149 GQ Store Cows Located 70km North East of Winton. They look to weigh from 280 – 520 kg to average around 360/370 kg. Majority are Medium Frame with approx 10% Small Frame & 5% Large Frame. There are approximately 35% Soft Brahman Cross, 30% High Grade Brahman, 15% Charbray, 10% Brangus, 10% Santa Cross & 5% Shorthorn. There are 83 x Young No.7 Cows, 37 x Older Cows (mostly No.3 & 4), 14 x No.8/9 Heifers & 15 x Mixed age Cows that vendor might keep if he re-pregtests them. There are 115 x PTE, 19 x PTIC & 15 that the vendor was unsure about. The No.7 Cows & Older Cows all had Weaners pulled off them at the end of August. The No.8/9 Heifers haven’t had a calf previously. All of the cows were purchased a couple of years ago with exception to the Heifers which are Vendor Bred.
