122 milk tooth GQ Braford cross steers. The majority exhibit medium bone, length & frame. Ideal steers to background through to feeder weights or to finish on grass. They did it tough the last 6 months of 2019, but they should continue to grow into medium frame cattle. They are acclimatised to grass, Mulga & Spinifex so can handle all types of country. They have tidy heads & good feet. At the time of assessment, these steers had been in the yards for over 24 hours on water so had really emptied out. They will have a good compensatory weight gain. 2 steer were observed with a blue spot in one eye – it is not affecting their vision. “Coralton” has Prickly Acacia however there are no seeds present at the moment. Good steers to put away and let them grow into money.
